Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Data Management: Maintain the Pricing File to ensure website margins are optimized and manage the Rate of Sales (ROS) analysis to track product performance.
- Operational Procurement: Efficiently Raise Purchase Orders (POs) within the system and maintain the Confirmation (Confo) Log to ensure supply chain transparency.
- Financial Reporting: Generate the Sales Flash (daily/weekly performance snapshots) and provide ad-hoc reporting to assist management in decision-making.
- Ledger Oversight: Perform rigorous reconciliation of supplier ledgers to ensure accuracy in payables and inventory valuation.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualification: Must be CIMA qualified (or equivalent Management Accountancy body like CMA or ACCA in India).
- Analytical Power: Proven ability to turn raw data into actionable insights. You should be the person who finds the “why” behind the numbers.
- Excel Mastery: Advanced grip on data handling, sorting, and complex formulas (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Data Modeling).
- Systems Oriented: Experience working within ERP or specialized inventory management systems for raising POs
- Communication: Fluent English with the ability to present financial data to non-finance stakeholders (like the marketing team in the UK)
